Job description : • Assist account in all transactions. • Assist in preparing quotations and claims. • Invoice processing and filing. • Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve. • Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct. • Assist in daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintain and updating of accounts records. • Preparing statutory accounts. • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers. • Assist any other ad-hoc jobs assigned by immediate superior or MD. Requirements : • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or any related educational background. • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. • At least one (1) year of working experience in administration. • Have knowledge and experience in tender. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
