Key Responsibilities: - - Greet customers and assist them in identifying their vehicle requirements and preferences. - Provide information on available inventory, including specifications, features, pricing, and financing options. - Conduct test drives with customers to demonstrate vehicle performance and features. - Negotiate sales terms, including price, trade-in value, financing options, and warranty coverage. - Coordinate with the sales manager and finance department to finalize sales agreements and paperwork. - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions. - Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular communication and personalized service. - Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitors' offerings. - Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the dealership. - Responsible for the sales of new cars and initiating sales activities. - Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team sales targets. - Participate in sales activities, launching events and road shows. - Manage the delivery process of new cars to customers. Qualifications/Requirements: - - Possess the minimum of an SPM Certificate, or any other discipline. - Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of other languages would be an added advantage. - Pleasant personality with good negotiation and sale performance skills. - Strong and aggressive drive to capture sales. - Able to work independently, hardworking and responsible. - Experience in car sales with a proven excellent sales track record would be an added advantage. - Must possess own transport with a valid driving license.
