Key Responsibilities: • Digital Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of digital sales and marketing strategies, focusing on leveraging AIoT solutions to enhance business performance and customer experience. • Innovation in Digital Transformation: Identify opportunities for digital innovation within sales and marketing processes. Implement new technologies and digital practices, such as AI, CRM systems, analytics, and automation tools, to drive efficiency and effectiveness. • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research with a focus on digital trends and AIoT solutions that can provide competitive advantages. Analyze competitors’ digital strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation. • Lead Generation through Digital Channels: Utilize digital platforms, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing, to generate leads. Employ advanced analytics to refine digital marketing efforts and improve lead conversion rates. • Customer Engagement and Experience: Design and implement digital initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Utilize AIOT solutions to provide personalized customer experiences and support omnichannel marketing strategies. • Collaboration and Training: Work closely with IT, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless integration of digital technologies. Provide training and support to team members on new tools and digital best practices. • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Utilize digital analytics tools to track the performance of sales and marketing strategies. Report on digital transformation progress and its impact on business outcomes. Qualifications and Experience: • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Technologies, or a related field. A degree or certifications in digital transformation, IT solutions, or similar would be a plus. • Experience: Experience or new fresh in sales and marketing with a significant focus on digital transformation and AIoT solution implementation. Demonstrated success in leveraging technology to drive sales growth and improve marketing ROI. • Digital and Technological Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and emerging technologies. Experience with implementing digital transformation projects is essential. • Analytical Skills and Innovation: Ability to analyze digital trends and data to inform strategy.
