QMS Engineer

•Responsible in ensuring the integrity of the company's Quality Management System in compliance to ISO 14001, ISO 9100, Regulatory requirements. •Maintain compliance with QMS standards and customer requirements •Ensure effective implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) throughout the company, including any business accreditations •To find the root cause and resolve any quality issued identified and assist in all quality operation and programs •Evaluate and update procedures and processes to support the development of QMS, analyse current and future needs. Plan and maintain plant internal audit system and corrective action reporting system •To plan and conduct quality systems audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and drive corrective actions and improvements. •To develop and provide training programs to ensure that employees understand and follow QMS procedures and standards. •To liaise with external Customers and auditors related to plant Quality System matters. •To coordinate and prepare the Management Review Meeting and report KPI across all department accordingly to schedule. •Responsible to coordinate and observe customer audit proper during the audit, acknowledge and follow up on all non-compliance raised. •Recommend for necessary actions to be taken for areas not meeting the specified quality system. •Benefits: Medical Claim, Opportunities for Promotion, Professional Development
