Quantity Surveyor

Perform contract administration, procurement, monthly cost reporting and tracking of on-going project. Handle evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission, cost estimation, procurement support, preparation of interim valuation for main contract and subcontractors Fully responsible for the preparation of the main progress claim and to ensure the certification of the progress claim by the consultants of the project, the project management consultants and the project client. Together with the Senior Quantity Surveyor, to jointly prepare the tender documents and the bill of quantities for calling of various tender of sub-contract works. To produce the schedule of materials and delivery schedules for the Purchasing Department's procurement. To work closely with the Purchasing Department and Store on the timely delivery of construction materials. To constantly monitor the usage of materials by the site or sub-contractor. Together with the Senior Quantity Surveyor to prepare and verify the sub-contractors payments. To attend all the meetings of the project. Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the Management. Requirements: Possess at least Certificate, Diploma in related field; Minimum 2-3 years' relevant experience.
