Machinist

Duties and Responsibilities: - Fabricate or modify parts according to drawings. - Prepare work plans and meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards for each drawing he is responsible for. - Provide feedback to engineers if any issues are encountered with the drawings. - Support in-house projects after working hours as needed. - Record any information discovered during the machining process that would make the process easier and more efficient. - Take care of tooling facilities and individual tools or equipment. - Follow safety rules and keep the work area clean and organized. - Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time. - To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company. Requirements: - Possess certificate from technical school plus more than 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience. - Able to read and interpret fabrication drawing. - Able to operate conventional milling and turning machine. - Understanding basic knowledge of material. - Understanding usage of measuring tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.).
