- Maintains database of plants propagated, including methods used, successes and - Monitor the plants and work with farming staff to create crop schedule which shows when - Explore innovative horticultural techniques, including hydroponics or organic farming - Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards to minimize - Any other assignment assign by Management from time to time - To develop expertise in plant health and growth, including propagation, cross-breeding, genetics, irrigation, soil health, pest control, disease management and not limiting to conducting experiments, evaluating progress and providing regular progress update to Management.
