Storekeeper

Job Scopes: - Responsible for incoming items from suppliers and outgoing items from the Store to Production Department. - Check that all incoming goods are supported by Delivery Order notes. - Maintain minimum stock level of all materials and goods kept in Store. - All items to be taken from Store must be recorded in the Store Requisition Form and signed by Requestor. - Operate forklift and overhead gantry crane to carry out loading and unloading of goods received. - Check and make sure all loading machineries such as forklift are maintained in a good working condition. - Control the forklift usage for work purposes only. - Raise Stock Requisition Form and issue to Procurement Department to order items from suppliers for replenishment. - Responsible for receiving and packing all Vertical Sterilizer accessories for projects & customers and ensure delivery is as per project schedule plan. - Coordinate with inter-department such as Procurement and Logistic for work purposes. - Carry out any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
