Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensure timely financial reporting, and support internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process AP and AR transactions, vendor inquiries, and payments.
- Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheets).
- Manage cash flow and assist in bank reconciliations.
- Support month-end closing, audits, and tax filings.
- Handle credit control and resolve customer disputes.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma/Degree in Accounting or LCCI Certification.
- 2-3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong communication skills
- Preferred Mandarin Speaker
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
