  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Cleanliness and Functionality Checklist (CFC) three days before Vacant Possession handover for in Forum SOHO and Service Apartment.
  • Ensure thorough cleaning and preparation of each unit for Vacant Possession handover to owners.
  • Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) for 568 units of the Service Apartment and131 units of Seni Residences before Vacant Possession.
  • Verify readiness of Service Apartment units for Vacant Possession.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards for both CFC and PDI processes.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of CFC and PDI results for reference and compliance purposes.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree
  • Resourceful and have good communication skill.
  • Able to work in Kota Damansara.
  • Minimum internship period not less than 3 months.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM700.00 - RM900.00 per month
