Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Industry 4.0 (i4.0) Trainer to deliver high-impact training sessions on cutting-edge technologies and concepts such as IoT, AI, machine learning, robotics, automation, and smart manufacturing. The trainer will be responsible for developing course content, conducting workshops, and enabling participants to gain practical skills that align with the principles of Industry 4.0.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging and hands-on training sessions on i4.0 technologies, including IoT, robotics, AI, big data, and smart manufacturing.
  • Teaching classes for theory, practical and develop comprehensive training modules and materials, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises and update course content regularly to reflect the latest trends and advancements in i4.0 technologies.
  • Assess the skill levels and learning needs of participants to tailor training sessions accordingly.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Industry 4.0 tools, software, and platforms (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, digital twins, sensors, cloud computing).
  • Work closely with internal teams, clients, and industry professionals to ensure the training aligns with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Participate in conferences and seminars to represent the training program and share best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Having a Train-The-Trainer (TTT) certification would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Industry 4.0-related roles, such as automation, IoT implementation, or smart manufacturing.
  • Previous experience in training or teaching is a strong advantage.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or Java.
  • Hands-on experience with IoT devices, AI/ML algorithms, and industrial automation tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and data analytics is a plus.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. o Ability to inspire and motivate learners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
