HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE
RECRUITMENT
· Prepare job advertisements and post online advertisements using free website.
· Establish appropriate system of data base to record applications, Resignation list, Absconded, End Contract, New Joiner and KIV list.
· Coordinate and arrange interviews sessions.
· Submission of, application and monitor of Foreign Worker work permits and visas entries.
· Ready to take responsibilities in doing task together with staff form other department as part of multitasking policy of the company.
HUMAN RESOURCE (BENEFIT/ TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT/ PAYROLL/ ADMIN)
· Monthly statutory payment for SOCSO, Tax, HRDF and Zakat.
· Monthly Payslip printing for executive level & below.
· Monthly Dept Report compilation – OT, Headcount, Internship, MC, Disciplinary
· Uniform ordering, stock and distribution.
· Applying grant for Training under HRDCorp, submission to claim and compile amount received.
· Memo for cash advance/ payment/ received order/ reconciliation to Finance.
· Implement approved human resource policies and procedures to employees.
· Open employee personnel files with details of all establishment documents and information required.
· Ensure records/personnel details of all employees are available at all times and such records are well maintained for reference and audit purposes.
· Implement necessary documents and forms for appropriate use within the department.
· Prepare monthly personnel / tardiness reports.
· Generate timely HR monthly reports to immediate superior – attendance report/ Annual Leave Report/ MC Report
· Update staff information on Personnel files
· Administrative duties in accordance to the objective and standards of the department to ensure smooth running of the company efficiency and effectiveness within its offices.
· Administer and coordinated employees performance reviews for probationers confirmations and coordinated annual performance appraisal exercises.
· Liaise with new lines and panel of clinic of medical checkup and report.
· Requisition of name card printing staff
· Administrations of panel doctors.
· Administrations of staff insurance policy in respect of registrations, claims and deletion
· Process staff reference letters/ authorize letters of employment to external body i.e. bank, institution etc.
· Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
