LOCATION: No. 23, Jalan Bayu Puteri 1/3 Tingkat 1 & 2, Taman Bayu Puteri 81750 Johor Bahru, Johor.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparing of shipping documentation import and export, including customs forms.
  • Handling customs documentation and clearance and custom inspection.
  • Liaise with customers regarding export and import shipments.
  • Open job numbers/files and maintain records.
  • Prepare and verify customs documentation before submitting it to customers.
  • Ensure proper documentation for filing and billing purposes.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the Quality System and procedures in daily tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounts, Billing, and other Operations branches.
  • Collect third-party bills to support invoicing documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Candidate must possess minimum SPM Certificate or equivalent. Certificate in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience (preferably with exposure to the logistics industry).
  • Proven experience in shipping logistics or a similar role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
