LOCATION: No. 23, Jalan Bayu Puteri 1/3 Tingkat 1 & 2, Taman Bayu Puteri 81750 Johor Bahru, Johor.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing of shipping documentation import and export, including customs forms.
- Handling customs documentation and clearance and custom inspection.
- Liaise with customers regarding export and import shipments.
- Open job numbers/files and maintain records.
- Prepare and verify customs documentation before submitting it to customers.
- Ensure proper documentation for filing and billing purposes.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the Quality System and procedures in daily tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounts, Billing, and other Operations branches.
- Collect third-party bills to support invoicing documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM Certificate or equivalent. Certificate in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience (preferably with exposure to the logistics industry).
- Proven experience in shipping logistics or a similar role.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
