  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

MACHINIST TECHNICIAN (IN-HOUSE FABRICATOR)

JOB PRINCIPLE

Responsible for fabricating precision tooling, components, and equipment to support production needs. It includes operating, maintaining and programming machining tools. (e.g CNC, lathes, mills, grinders) to produce high-precision parts that meet design, quality and deadline requirements. The role enables rapid prototyping, on-demand part production and support for production line improvements, driving cost savings, reducing supplier dependency and enhancing operational efficiency.

JOB SCOPE

  • To support senior technician and other technician in In-House Fabrication Machinist team to complete all activities under responsible Tool Room Machinist team.
  • To do complete all pending order and comply all requirement of stock status for mould spare part.
  • To support troubleshooting team and maintenance team related with mould spare part (Injector pin, Core pin, Insert pin, Angle pin, etc)
  • To support internal HDSB customer team in Engineering study and analysis for any engineering issues related with spare part modification and revision spec.
  • To support in In-House Fabrication for spare part and comply all SOP for registration stock at store section after completing fabrication of spare part.
  • To involve in new mould inspection regarding on list of spare part required for new mould, component drawing provided from mould maker, changes design of spare part during trial stage of new mould

JOB ALLOWANCE & BENEFITS

  • Monthly Attendance Allowance - RM 100.00
  • Daily Shift Allowance - RM 2.80 (day), RM 5.50 (night)
  • Daily Shift Allowance, if OT - RM 3.50 (day), RM 7.00 (night)
  • OT Allowance - based on standard rate of Employment Act 1955
  • Daily Meal Allowance - RM 4.00 (if OT above 2 hours)
  • Daily Meal Allowance - RM 8.00 (if OT above 4 hours)
  • Daily Laundry Allowance - RM 1.00
  • Daily Food Subsidy - RM 3.50 (claimable at our canteen)
  • Medical coverage as per entitlement including spouse & dependent (Clinic, Hospitalization & Dental)
  • Uniform & PPE will be provided every year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
