KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement training programs for new and existing housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular training sessions on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to enhance performance and service quality.
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in daily operations and supervision of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the hotel's standards.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate ordering as needed.
- Perform inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Address and resolve any issues related to cleanliness or guest complaints promptly.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency.
- Ensure that all cleaning procedures comply with safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Train staff on proper handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain records of staff training, performance, and operational reports.
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking for the housekeeping department.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping at 4-star hotels
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
