  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Since we launched our first coffee retail outlet in KLCC Malaysia in Oct 2022; we have since grown to more than 10 coffee chain and we are still expanding. Are you a skilled drafter with expertise in AutoCAD and SketchUp and a passion for bringing your interior design vision to food and baverage retail? If you are, we want you on our team.

Placement: Damansara Utama, Malaysia

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Min diploma in architectural, engineering or construction related background
  • Min 2 years drafting experience inc MEP drawing in retail / F&B / related industry
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUP

Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Design and create store layouts, technical drawing, MEP that are functional and optimized for customer flow and productivity.
  • Ensure drawings are accordingly to the site requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of store designs, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Prepares specification, bill of quantity, and bill of material documents, and detailed cost estimates for design projects.
