Team Leader (Bukit Kiara)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Possess at least professional certificate or equivalent
· At least 2 year of working experience in the related field
· Able to work shift, weekends and Public Holiday
· Able to write and communicate in English
· Must be confident, matured and presentable
· Pleasant personality and customer focused
· Good customer service and interpersonal skills
· Positive working attitude
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
· Advise the manager or assistant manager in all aspects and matters directly related to the shift operation
· Control and supervises the service towards guests in order to maintain service consistency
· Control and supervises the preparation of all the food & beverage products to ensure that correct measures and presentations are followed as per the standard of operation set by the food & beverage division
· To comply with all Hotel policies and procedures
· Developing, controlling and disciplinary of subordinates
· To stand in for any member of the food & beverage division due to vacation / absence and ensure the smooth operation of this area of the food & beverage division, monitoring performance of subordinates
· Recommends promotions and assist in implementing new methods of food & beverage service procedures
