Senior QC Executive (Food & Beverage Industry)

• Review Inspection Processes: Oversee the incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspection processes to ensure conformance with the quality system or customer-specified requirements.
• HACCP Record Management: Manage, check, and maintain proper filing of all HACCP records and reports.
• Food Safety and Hygiene Audits: Conduct and facilitate food safety and hygiene audits and inspections, covering production line cleanliness, worker hygiene, pest control, and all related PRP/GMP requirements.
• Compliance Implementation: Design, implement, and monitor procedures in compliance with the Food Safety Management System, HACCP, and HALAL requirements. This includes responsibility for all quality assurance and quality control activities.
• Risk and Hazard Assessment: Conduct food risk and hazard assessments for equipment, facilities, and processes.
• Quality Control Troubleshooting: Address QC-related issues, recommend viable solutions, and manage customer complaints effectively.
• Other Duties: Undertake any other related tasks as directed by the superior from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
