  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or AutoCount software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.
  • Handling customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Coordinate with logistics to track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update the customer database.
  • Generate sales reports and performance metrics for management review.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication for the sales team.
  • Liaise with internal departments like marketing, finance, and logistics to streamline operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in sales operations.
