Job Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to ensure the visual excellence of our games and marketing materials. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and in-game assets, as well as creating icons, logos, and branding elements. You will work closely with marketers, the operations team, and product managers to implement design solutions and develop visual aids such as prototypes, wireframes, and user journey maps. Additionally, you will manage design projects from concept to final production, supporting various departments with additional design needs and contributing to the overall brand development strategy. This position offers a dynamic environment to showcase your artistic skills and creativity.

Qualifications to succeed:

We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer with a minimum diploma in graphic design or a related field and at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate is proficient in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, with added experience in 3D modeling (Blender or Maya) and knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript being a plus. You should have a strong understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, and multimedia design. Staying up to date with design trends, particularly in gaming and social media, is essential, alongside a strong visual sense and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas. The role requires resourcefulness, the ability to work independently, and efficient time management. Prior experience in startups or creative agencies is advantageous, especially in handling tight deadlines. Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred, and a strong interest in gaming, blockchain, NFTs, and the crypto industry is highly valued.
