Skills : ICSA, Corporate Admin, Minimum 5 years experience in Corporate Secretarial from Property industry, Understand Mandarin, Good knowledge in Companies Act 2016, Listing requirements, Malaysia Code on Corporate Governance and other relevant Securities Commission Guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in related field (ICSA/Corporate Admin) or similar discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Corporate Secretarial field preferably from property industry
  • Member of relevant professional bodies or licensed secretary.
  • Good knowledge in Companies Act 2016, Listing Requirements, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance and other relevant Securities Commission Guidelines

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the company secretary to prepare Resolutions, compile meeting papers and drafting minute of all meetings such as Audit & Risk Management Committee, Nomination Committee and etc.
  • Supporting the drafting of sections of the Annual Reports such as Corporate Information, Reports of Corporate Governance, Audit & Risk Management Committee, Directors’ profile and etc.
  • Assisting with reports for the announcements on quarterly results, semi-annual return, changes in Audit & Risk Management committee, Board & Substantial shareholders.
  • To ensure statutory compliance of all companies under the portfolio in accordance with Companies Act 2016, Bursa Securities Requirements, Securities Commission Act 1993 and Capital Market & Services Act 2007.
  • To organize, arrange and coordinate all activities before and after annual general meeting of listed companies.
  • To organize Board Meetings, Audit & Risk Management Committee Meetings, Nomination Committee Meetings & Remuneration Committee Meetings, Risk Management Working Group committee meetings and prepare minute.
  • Assisting in drafting and making announcements to Bursa Securities such as quarterly results, semi-annual returns, changes in Board & substantial shareholders, changes in paid-up capital, notice and outcome of AGM & EGM.
