Job Description:
- Source, select & negotiate with suppliers based on cost, quality & delivery to obtain the best value for goods & services in line with project timelines.
- Manage purchasing process from purchase requisition, purchase orders to delivery, ensuring timely availability of all required materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers on delivery, non conforming parts & warranty claims.
- Delivery & maintain strong relationships with suppliers & oversee suppliers on time delivery & quality performance.
- Ensure purchasing & procurement activities comply with the company's policies & procedures, code of ethics, values & adherence to relevant laws & regulations.
- Other duties & assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business studies Supply Chain related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong communication skill & attention to details.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a team & adapt to a fast paced environment.
- Working days per week; Monday to Saturday
