Job Description:

  • Be the focal point for all billing issues
  • Follow up with warehouse/branch for billing issues
  • Ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing to branch
  • Manages and monitors the billing process performance and results
  • Ensure filing for invoices done accurately and timely
  • Ensure credit note for return goods issued timely and accurately
  • Raise a flag for missing goods and short supply stock and close the ticket once issue is rectified
  • Actively communicates between departments to get accurate data and follow up

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have at least an SPM certificate or a Diploma holder
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel
  • Having 1 year of experience in billing management is a bonus
  • Able to handle several tasks in an expected dateline
  • Must willing to work based at Semenyih, Selangor
  • Working days per week; Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
