1. Head Baker
Responsible for overseeing the entire bakery operation, ensuring high quality baked goods are produced efficiently, managing the baking team and maintaining compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Key responsibilities include;
- Baking and production– Plan and prepare variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes and other specialty items
- Team Leadership – leading kitchen employees to ensure that all foods is prepared to the highest standard
- Quality Control – Maintain strict quality control measures for food presentation, flavor and consistency, ensuring the meals meet the airline’s expectation
- Food Safety and hygiene – Ensure adherence to food safety regulations such s proper storage, transportation and preparation to prevent contamination and ensure passenger health
- Coordination with suppliers – Collaboration with suppliers and logistic
Requirements
- Proven experience as baker with at least 5 years in leadership role, preferably in aviation catering, fine dining, or luxury hotel environments.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulation, Halal regulations (HACCP certified is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative and passionate about food with strong attention to details.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate effectively with all level
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early morning, late night and weekends.
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
