- Responsible to Create FLM ticket and monitor MBB Flm or email.
- Responsible to Handling log call from customer and provide feedback with eta for FLM.
- Responsible to Monitor and update MBB EEST for FLM.
- Responsible to resolve all Pending resolved FLM ticket in IMS after verify error with ATMC or System Lease Line.
- Responsible to Monitor and update CIMB in PVIM for FLM.
- Responsible for Monitor and update AMBANK in PVIM / MCS for FLM.
- Gross can up to RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 (Including basic pay + allowance + overtime)
- Working days = 6 days per week (Off day either on Saturday or Sunday)
- Work time = 7.00 a.m - 3.00 p.m (Morning Shift) & 3.00 p.m - 11.00 p.m (Evening Shift)
- Rotational shift every week
- Training will be provided and no experience are needed for the job.
