Executive - Marketing

Are you passionate about driving growth through marketing? We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all sales and marketing efforts, including planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting.
• Liaise with customers on sales-related issues and ensure efficient follow-up on inquiries from new and existing customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and explore new markets to expand the company’s product reach.
• Prepare official quotations for customers and coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Contribute to the company’s financial growth by setting and achieving departmental KPIs.
• Continuously improve company performance through initiatives like 5S and other improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Assist with the development of new products for local and export markets.
• Actively contribute to business growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with key partners and clients.

Required Competencies:

• Education: Minimum diploma or degree in any field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, planning, and leadership skills. Must be computer literate with excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Training: Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards. Familiarity with leadership and sales negotiation skills is a plus.
