CUSTOMER SERVICE (SCHOOL)
- Patiently listen to customer's inquiries or problems.
- Helping with customer registration or booking class.
- Deliver polite and accurate responses to customers in a timely manner.
- Foster and build relationships with customers.
- Participate in project work as required.
- Handling marketing communication such as call, chat, email and social media.
- Follow company procedures, guidelines and policies set.
- Training a new team when required.
- To support management and operations activities whenever needed.
- Able to build/ create a good relationship with the team in order to build a fun and happy working environment.
- Attention to details, able to communicate with people and enjoy working in a team.
- Reqauired for backup teachers at the centre base.
- Other duties and ad hoc assignments as and when required.
- Database entry using google sheet.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
