About the Role

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Engineers/Executives to join our growing team at Numac Machinery Sdn Bhd. In this full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Penang and Johor, you will be responsible for driving sales of our industry-leading machinery and equipment to customers across a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Identify potential customers and market opportunities in both government and private sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Deliver sales pitches and prepare proposals.
  • Provide technical advice and sell solutions to meet client needs.
  • Offer customer support and recommend new opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the engineering/production team to address client requirements.
  • Prepare reports, quotations, and sales orders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and maintain technical knowledge.
  • Network effectively and adopt best practices in sales.

Skill / Attributes / Competencies :-

  • Diploma or Degree in Electical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of technical sales experience in electrical, mechanical, or electronic engineering.
  • Experience in CNC machine tools or B2B sales is a bonus.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical details clearly.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive.
  • Keen interest in staying updated with machinery and technology trends.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using computers.
  • A team player who collaborates well with others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
