Job Description:
- Working shift: 8:30pm-8:30am (8 working hours+1.5 hour break)
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions via call, email, and live chat channels for the North America market.
- Manage and resolve issues, including flight bookings, ticketing inquiries, and other travel-related concerns.
- Process reservations or support work relating to airline programme/related products
- Accurately document interactions and ensure compliance with airline policies and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
- Advise on latest promotions
- Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals
Requirement:
- Preferable at least 1 year of working experience in the customer service field and experience night shift are required for this position.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM holder
- Flawless verbal communication skills in Mandarin language is essential. Average in English is acceptable.
- Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress.
- Skilled and eloquent in writing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
