QA Senior Executive
Position Overview:
The Senior Quality Assurance Executive in a food and beverage restaurant is responsible for ensuring that all food products and services meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This role involves collaboration with various departments to implement effective quality management systems throughout the restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Audits and Inspections
· Conduct regular audits of food preparation areas, storage facilities, and equipment to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
· Evaluate cleanliness and operational practices within the restaurant to identify areas for improvement.
Complaint Management
· Investigate any incidents of non-compliance or customer complaints regarding food quality or safety.
· Corrective action plans to address identified issues and prevent recurrence.
Training and Development
· Provide training to operation team on food safety standards, quality control measures, and best practices.
· Coordinate ongoing training sessions to keep operation team updated on regulatory changes and quality assurance techniques.
Pest Management
· Coordinate pest service at the store, follow up on action items, as well as providing preventive measures.
Data Monitoring and Analysis
· Monitor food safety metrics, analyze data related to food quality, and prepare reports on findings.
· Identify trends in product quality issues and develop corrective actions to address non-conformance.
Regulatory Compliance
· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations, including HACCP and GMP standards.
· Manage documentation related to food safety audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities.
Qualifications:
· A bachelor’s degree /Diploma in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field is typically required.
· 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance within the food service industry, with supervisory experience preferred.
· Proficiency in quality management systems and data analysis tools.
· Strong understanding of food safety regulations and industry best practices.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
