We are looking for a Admin cum Document Controller in Property Development who is detail-oriented and capable of supporting administrative tasks and document management processes. This role will involve ensuring proper documentation control and providing administrative assistance to facilitate smooth project operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and organization of project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of documents, ensuring easy retrieval and proper archiving.
- Support the implementation of document control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Update and manage the document control system to track revisions and maintain document versions.
- Assist in coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders for document submissions and approvals.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and handling correspondence.
- Help in compiling reports and presentations related to project progress and documentation.
- Ensure proper handling of confidential and sensitive information.
- Support procurement processes by managing vendor and supplier documentation.
- Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Perform general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Address minor issues related to documentation promptly to avoid project delays.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in document control and administration.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the Management.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Property Development, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative or document control roles, preferably in the property development industry.
- Exposure to project documentation and management systems is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of property development processes is an advantage.
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work extended hours if required to meet project deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
