We are looking for a Admin cum Document Controller in Property Development who is detail-oriented and capable of supporting administrative tasks and document management processes. This role will involve ensuring proper documentation control and providing administrative assistance to facilitate smooth project operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of documents, ensuring easy retrieval and proper archiving.
  • Support the implementation of document control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Update and manage the document control system to track revisions and maintain document versions.
  • Assist in coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders for document submissions and approvals.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and handling correspondence.
  • Help in compiling reports and presentations related to project progress and documentation.
  • Ensure proper handling of confidential and sensitive information.
  • Support procurement processes by managing vendor and supplier documentation.
  • Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Perform general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Address minor issues related to documentation promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in document control and administration.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the Management.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Property Development, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative or document control roles, preferably in the property development industry.
  • Exposure to project documentation and management systems is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of property development processes is an advantage.

Other Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work extended hours if required to meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
