Associate, Technology Asset Management (Analyst Level)

Hardware: • Attend to all request tickets for new devices, replacements, transfers, repairs, loss, returns etc. • Update and maintain the accuracy of the inventory records • Coordinate with the AIA End User Support Team to set up and deploy the assets to the new users for weekly onboarding sessions • Monitor the EU devices’ inventory level and asset aging health level • Ensure retired/ obsolete end-user technology assets are handed to the End User Support (EUS) Team who will dispose the assets in accordance with the End-User Hardware Disposal Guide • Ensure all end-user technology assets are properly tagged before it is issued to the users Software: • Update and maintain the accuracy of the software asset inventory records. • Ensure that the software(s) is within AIA Product Standards - coverage of enterprise technology assets (end-user, network related, server etc.) • Participate in the scheduled/ periodic software audit • Coordinate with the AIA End User Support Team / AIA Network Support Team / AIA Infrastructure Technical Team to perform the software installation / decommissioning. • Track the End of Support (EOS) and End of Life (EOL) of support software • Track the under-licensing, over-licensing, end of support software Billings: • Ensure monthly tele-communications bills are review and process for payment accordingly • Maintain a master listing for all tele-communications users • Attend to all requests for tele-communications plan query as required. • Degree/Diploma/LCC Higher Certificate in Information Technology or any technology related degrees • At least 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role • Proficient in MS Office with adequate knowledge of Excel. • Dynamic team player, efficient, responsible, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and willing to learn. • Proficient in written and spoken English
