Customer Relationship Management: - Build rapport with guests to understand their interests, preferences, and travel plans. - Anticipate guest needs and proactively address concerns to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - Follow up with guests post-tour to gather feedback and encourage future bookings. Sales Support and Administration: - Process bookings, payments, and maintain accurate guest records. - Collaborate with tour guides, drivers, and other departments to coordinate seamless guest experiences. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tour itineraries, local attractions, and events to provide accurate information to guests. Front Desk Operations: - Maintain a professional and organized front desk area, ensuring cleanliness and stocking of necessary supplies. - Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolve any issues or discrepancies with billing. - Manage phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with colleagues to achieve guest satisfaction goals and exceed sales targets. - Communicate effectively with management regarding guest feedback, operational issues, and sales performance. Requirement & Qualification: • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. • Preferred: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or hospitality. • Experience in watersports operations or recreational activities is a plus. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in using booking application and management software. • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly. Other Requirements • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job. • Certification in first aid and CPR, watersport instructor certifications (e.g., diving, kayaking) are advantageous. • Possess transportation
