MULTI AXIS CNC MACHINING EXPERT

LITAN TITAN SDN. BHD. seeks an MULTI AXIS CNC MACHINING EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development • Responsible for setting up, tool selection, operating of Multi Axis CNC machines by using industry standard machining techniques and practices while adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes. • Develop CNC programs in CAM Software for Multi Axis CNC machines • Troubleshoot machine issues to maximize Multi Axis CNC machine utilization while mitigating dimensional issues. • Plan machining from work schedules and engineering drawings and CAD. • Interpret complex blueprints, engineering plans, and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T). • Identify improvement opportunities in programs & processes. • Measure, examine and test completed components to ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments. • Align and secure fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials onto machine. • Change cutting tools and location of workpiece during machining process as specified in set-up instructions. • Observe and pay attention to machine operation to detect malfunctions, such as worn or damaged cutting tools. • Conducts post-program prove out for error checking and run time reduction. • Ensure compliance to computerized software requirements and application of standards at all levels.
