Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage tender documents, letter of award, BQ, Contract documents, etc. Measurement, take-off, prepare preliminary costing and budgetary control for ongoing projects. Coordinate various QS activities in the most cost effective way. Communicate and coordinate effectively with client, consultants, construction teams, and sub-contractors. Evaluate the progress claim and contractual payment from subcontractors and suppliers. Requirements: · Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying. · Must be familiar with pre-contract and post-contract work such as tender preparation, request for quotation, cost analysis, evaluating claims and payment certification, issue Purchase Orders, evaluating and comparing quotations, etc. · Min 2-3 years of working experience. · Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. · Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. · Good communications (writing and oral) and interpersonal skills. · Strong organizational and planning skills. · Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin Why Join our client?
