"• To perform verification on physical stock received according to the suppliers' delivery order/packing list. • To perform verification on posting of good receive note (GRN) into the system. • Well communicating with interdepartmental to ensure goods distribution are meeting the project schedule timeline. • Provide updates to relevant parties for any goods received and condition status. • Take Initiative to handle any complaint and issue which brought out from any party and provide the best solution and long term prevention. • To ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly stock count are on high accuracy. • Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and goods distribution to assembly sites in accordance to documented procedure and SOP • Manage and monitor Store staffs' performance to ensure they carry out the daily activities effectively and follow the policies and procedures. • Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time. • To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
