Cost Control and Financial Management: • Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets. • Prepare and present regular cost reports and forecasts to stakeholders. • Identify and address any financial risks or issues that arise during the project. 5. Valuations and Payments: • Conduct valuations of work completed and prepare payment certificates. • Ensure timely and accurate payments to contractors and suppliers. • Manage and resolve any disputes related to payments or valuations. 6. Risk Management and Compliance: • Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. • Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices. 7. Collaboration and Communication: • Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. • Provide clear and accurate communication on all financial matters. • Attend project meetings and provide financial updates and advice.
