Job Description - Able to handle accounts book keeping. - To assist in accounts transactions, checking, verification & follow up. - Prepare payments to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts, cheques). - Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping. - General admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments. - Liaison with Authority / Government Agency for the application and approval. - Liaison with Forwarder & Logistic Company for Shipment Import & Export Matter. - To perform the task assigned by the Superior. Working hours for all positions: Mon-Thu 8am-5.30pm Fri 8am - 5.00pm Alternate Sat 8am- 12pm
