Lifting Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Ensure that lifting operations comply with safety regulations and standards. Verify that ground conditions are safe and suitable for lifting operations involving mobile cranes. Be physically present during all lifting activities to oversee operations and respond to any arising issues. Immediately address and rectify any unsafe conditions reported during lifting operations to ensure the safety of the team and the operation. Ensure that corrective measures are implemented swiftly to maintain safety during lifting activities. Continuously monitor the performance of the lifting operations and report any incidents or near-miss occurrences to the relevant authorities. Ensure all lifting equipment is inspected, maintained, and certified before use. Requirements: Proven experience in supervising lifting operations, especially involving mobile and tower cranes. Knowledge of safety regulations and lifting standards. Certification as a Lifting Supervisor is preferred. (JKKP / DOSH recognized)
