OFFICE OPERATIONS • Maintain smooth daily office operations, including procurement of supplies and equipment ( events & studio production) • Develop and implement office procedures (SOP) to improve efficiency. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations • Manage relationships with service providers for facilities maintenance and office support LOGISTIC MANAGEMENT • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the transportation, delivery, and storage of production equipments . • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and transport providers to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics solutions • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities. • Handle licensing /permit documentation and compliance with local regulations ( events & production) COMMUNICATION AND COORDINATION • Collaborate with internal teams ( Business Unit) to coordinate project needs and timelines. • Serve as the main point of contact for logistics inquiries and issues. • Prepare and present regular updates and reports on operations and logistics performance ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT • Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, expenses, and contracts. • Support budgeting and forecasting for operational and logistics expenses ___________________________________________________ Key Attributes: • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and external partners ___________________________________________________ Requirements: • Education: STPM/ Diploma • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. • Proficiency in logistics software and Google Docs, Sheets & Slides • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
