  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily settlement of equity institutional trades
  • Liaise with counterpart and custodian bank to ensure all trades are in order
  • Attend to dealers, clients, auditor and compliance officer's request
  • Process sub account opening request
  • Update client's trading account limit
  • Prepare statement to clients
  • Send trade confirmation and statement to clients
  • Printing, filing or maintenance of reports, records and files
  • Participate in UAT or BCP testing as and when required by the Depository & company

Requirements

  • Must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Studies/Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent
  • Preferably to have minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Financial Industry & stockbroking industry.
  • Fast learners, multitasking skills and able to work extended hours.
  • Good written and possess a good communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • 1 Full-Times positions available
  • Fresh graduate encouraged to apply job

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
