Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to lead and shape our marketing and social media strategies. As part of our growing team, you will take ownership of creating and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales across multiple business units, including F&B and bowling. This is a hands-on leadership role for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving growth in the F&B and entertainment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy Development

Lead the marketing team in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
Collaborate closely with senior management to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Take ownership of the brand’s voice and positioning across all marketing materials and platforms.
Drive innovative campaigns that engage customers and drive business growth, particularly in the F&B and bowling sectors.

  • Content & Social Media Management

Oversee the creation and execution of engaging content across all social media platforms.
Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with business goals, seasonal promotions, and new product offerings.
Monitor and analyze social media trends to ensure the brand stays ahead of the curve.

  • Campaign Management & Analytics

Plan, execute, and track the performance of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet KPIs and contribute to business growth.
Use data analytics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and refine strategies accordingly.
Work with the team to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand engagement.

  • Collaboration & Team Development

Manage and mentor junior marketing staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment within the marketing team.
Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and goals.

  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas of growth in the F&B and entertainment sectors.
Keep abreast of industry developments and consumer preferences to shape future campaigns.

  • Brand & Event Management

Organize and oversee branded events, promotions, and partnerships that build community engagement and drive sales.
Ensure all brand touchpoints provide a consistent and high-quality experience for customers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing, with a focus on F&B or entertainment industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use insights to improve marketing efforts.
  • Self-starter with a passion for innovation, creativity, and driving growth.
  • Knowledge of the bowling or entertainment sector is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
