Oversee outlet Melawati Mall

Part 1 –Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs

  • Responsible for Staff Management (Hiring, Training, Scheduling and handling of staff) of assigned Outlets.
  • Responsible for all financial issues (Daily Sales Report and Bank In) when respective Managers are not present.
  • Stock Management (Ordering and storage management) of assigned outlets when respective Managers are not present.
  • Training of Outlet Supervisor, Leader and Service Crew .
  • Assisting respective Operation Managers with tasks given.
  • Ensure all SOP is executed accurately by Outlet Supervisor, Leader and Service Crew.
  • Enforce and uphold Service and Product Quality.
  • Reporting of maintenance issue to related personnel.
  • To be overseeing 2 to 3 outlets.
  • Reporting and following up outlet issues to higher management.

Part 2 – Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above

  • Set daily and weekly sales target – also, develop a monthly schedule of public holidays, events and promotions to better prepare your team in generating higher sales.
  • Organize outlet timetable, assign staffs to specific duties and daily positions while ensuring that labor cost is within budget.
  • Manage staffing issues, including interviews, selections, staff discipline and performance review.
  • Maintain a healthy stock inventory level to prevent overstock or stock shortage, and control outlet wastage.
  • Manage customer complaints/queries and solve them within given authority.
  • Chair weekly outlet meeting to keep everyone motivated and updated on outlet business performance, marketing initiatives, share best practices, and other relevant outlet issues.
  • Always be attentive to monitor direct and in-direct competitors, events and happenings of the surroundings. Constant communication with operations executive to develop action plan to improve sales.
  • Conduct daily/weekly audit in your outlet to ensure product quality and the brand perception is maintained.
  • Ensure that the correct and updated promotional materials are displayed.
  • Maintain outlet equipment and report any equipment faulty issues back to HQ.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,650.00 per month
