Responsibilities:-

To check on daily attendance of the production operators.
To manage the maintenance activities of production machinery.
To effectively plan for production schedule based on previous performance and 4M (man/machine/method/material).
To fully optimize utilization of available resources in achieving the departmental objective and to continually improve on the operation overall efficiency via proper production planning.
To assist Production HOD to control job schedule and ensure jobs are being executed as planned.
To prepare quotation for customers and manage related jobs based on customers time requirement, material, resources availability. To prepare purchase requisition for materials or subcon services required to fulfil the jobs.
To perform necessary time study to be used as benchmark prior of production planning and costing evaluation. To update the related cost to the completed job card to include all relevant cost of material, labor hour, subcon cost, freight charges etc.
To internally liase with Production , Sales, Warehouse, QC & related personnel in the goods deliveries, schedule or any issues occur that would potentially affect the production schedule and delivery.
To prepare delivery order, invoices and shipping documents required to fulfil the customer order delivery.
Additional job will be assigned by the superior or management as and when necessary.

Requirements:-

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Preferably with 1 – 2 years working experience in Manufacturing sector.
Fresh graduates with similar internship experience will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
