YYC is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead sales initiatives in assigned areas. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering impactful presentations on our products and services. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and overseeing the quality of our service delivery.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to meet company goals and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to close business deals.
- Build strong relationships with leaders, colleagues, and clients to enhance collaboration and drive business success.
- Understand client needs to propose solutions that address their challenges and add value.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage collections to secure sales.
- Contribute to sales planning by providing insights for business development strategies and goals.
- Set up appointments and present YYC's products and professional services to clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentation to clients to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team, and other business units to align strategies and improve service offerings.
- Actively recommend improvements to processes and ways to enhance client satisfaction.
- Conduct cold calls, promote additional event products and provide support to the marketing team.
- Assist and support marketing events and/or webinars organized by the company.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc task as required (especially during event and/or webinar preparation).
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Finance and Banking, or a related field._ Added advantage for candidates with an accounting background_.
- Preferably at least 1 year of sales experience, especially in the services industry.
- Strong negotiation, sales prospecting, and strategic planning abilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, able to take on challenges, and eager to learn.
- Business acumen with a keen understanding of client needs and industry trends.
- Flexibility with work hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, may be needed to support monthly targets and business needs.
- Willingness to learn from leaders and incorporate insights to continually enhance sales techniques.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required. Added advantage for candidates fluent in Mandarin.
