Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanic to lead our motorcycle repair team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of motorcycle mechanics and a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of motorcycles. This position requires someone who is not only technically proficient but also capable of managing a team and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair various motorcycle issues including engine, transmission, electrical, and suspension problems.
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on motorcycles, such as oil changes, chain adjustments, and tire rotations.
  • Lead and supervise a team of junior mechanics, providing training and support as needed.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within set timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on repair status and explaining complex technical issues in understandable terms.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Manage inventory of parts and tools, ensuring availability of necessary items and reordering supplies as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and tools related to motorcycle repair.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Motorcycle Mechanic with a minimum of [specify years] years in a senior or supervisory role.
