- Cleaning assigned rooms including bathrooms, bedrooms and common area.
- Maintain high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel, including guest rooms and public area. ensure that all cleaning procedures are followed diligently.
- Making beds and change linens in accordance with established hotel standards.
- Replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels and linens in guest room.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors and dust surfaces to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags in guest rooms and common arears
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain communication for room status update with Front Office
- Ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained at all times and place orders for replenishment as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that cleanliness standard are being met.
- Address any issues promptly and take corrective action as needed
SKILLS
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written to effectively interact with guests and team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
