PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Summary:

• Involved with planning, coordination and control of manufacturing process
• Ensure goods and services are produced efficiently and correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality
• Monitor and ensure prompt delivery schedules, coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory, storage, picking, schedule delivery as well as container loading and unloading

Responsibilities:

• Develop a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date
• Troubleshoot problem that occur during production including staff shortage and machinery malfunction
• Execute quality check accordingly during receipt of raw material, packaging material and in-process control
• Ensure production, equipment and tools are properly maintained and complies with safety and environment guidelines
• Prepare report about production process for management and suggest ways to improve efficiency
• Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior
• Can work under pressure & multi-tasks

Requirements:

• At least SPM or higher.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Attention to detail, mature positive work personality and a team player.
• Prior consideration for the candidate who has direct working experience with steel engineering or construction field.
• Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Mon - Fri (8am – 5.30pm), Sat Alternate (8am - 4.30pm)

Salary depends on experiences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
