Construction Manager
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in the civil, structural, and architectural domains. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to resolving construction challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership:
- Lead construction teams and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate and oversee all civil, structural, and architectural work on site
Planning and Management:
- Develop and manage construction schedules and plans.
- Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical guidance to resolve construction issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all technical specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Team Collaboration:
- Foster strong collaboration among project stakeholders, including engineering teams, contractors, and clients.
- Conduct regular site meetings to review progress and address challenges.
Quality Assurance:
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure construction deliverables meet project specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.
Experience:Minimum 10 years of experience in civil, structural, and architectural work within the general or oil and gas industries.
Skills and Competencies:
- Expertise in project management, construction management, and planning.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural systems.
- Proven ability to lead construction teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving construction challenges.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
