  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are hiring a Site Supervisor with strong technical expertise in civil, structural, and architectural construction. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to oversee and coordinate subcontractors for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is performed according to plans, specifications, and timelines.
  • Monitor subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to resolve on-site construction issues.
  • Ensure adherence to construction standards, codes, and best practices.
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of construction tasks.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align site operations with project goals.
  • Track and report on construction progress, addressing delays or challenges proactively.
  • Ensure the availability of resources and materials for uninterrupted construction work.

Qualification:

  • Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in civil, structural, and architectural construction, preferably in general or oil and gas industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil and structural systems.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage subcontractors effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to site management.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
